CIS Summer Programming begins July School Supply Drive - The students of Communities In Schools face a tremendous number of obstacles to completing their education. One of the simplest obstacles to surmount is a shortage of school supplies. CIS distributes backpacks and school supplies at all 55 schools where they are located, to thousands of needy students, and will be collecting school supplies for kids from Pre-K all the way through 12th grade. August School Supply Sort-O-Thon August 13 & 14 School Supply Delivery and Drop-Off August 18 September CIS Campus Based Programming begins Silver Anniversary Food for Thought - Join us on September 23 to celebrate 25 years of success, with 20 of Central Texas' best chefs serve delicious dishes and guests enjoy a wonderful party and help raise funds to support our mission of empowering students to stay school and achieve in life.
